I will talk about few amazing steps that we can take to be mentally strong!









Effective Communication -


Communication is a mutual process, it helps to express the inner emotions... Both speaking and listening are equally important for effective communication!


Let's start with speaking first- The more you talk the more you let things go out. The more you express, the more you feel light...The topic can be the simplest things and obviously serious concerns as well. Both will have one common outcome. you will definitely find a way to make your tomorrow better than today!


Let's talk about the listening part-

Active listeners can be true friends by listening. One can never know what's going on inside the other's mind? If you give little attention, if u show little appreciation, you are helping the other person to grow.

So conversation plays a very significant role.




Choose the Right partner -


Choosing the partner with whom ur communicating, is equally important. You just need to have one person who feels happy in ur success and feels sad in ur failure, not vice versa. The partner can be anyone, a school buddy, a college friend, or even a cousin! I feel the older the friendship, the stronger is the bond...





Nurture your hobbies -


Find out what you love to do most?

For me, it's dancing. I feel confident and happy when I'm lost in dancing. It makes my mind relaxed and thus helps me to become productive... So hobbies can add sparks to daily life.





Find Happiness in small thing-


One thing I learned from my parents is that secret of happiness lies within simple and beautiful moments.

How much do u laugh when your dad cracks a silly joke?

Or

How excited you feel when ur mom says that she is cooking your favorite dish?


What I'm trying to convey is we don't need to depend on big things to make us happy... Find sparks in small cute things in daily routine then, daily life will not be the boring one!




Yoga -



Someone has said, " take care of your body, it's the only place you have to live".


Yoga helps to calm our nervous system...The moment we start to breadth slowly is when we start to enter a relaxed state. This " me -time helps to build a strong relationship between you and your sense of self.

Thus doing yoga daily enhances self-confidence
